“You boys all cap, I’m more Colin Kaepernick.”
Big Sean has a line on YG‘s “Big Bank” where he’s saluting the now exiled quarterback. Only when you hear the line in this year’s edition of Madden, it’s mysteriously bleeped out.
It’s an odd move considering that Kaepernick actually was in last year’s edition of Madden even though he was a free agent. He won’t appear in this year’s version of the game unless he’s signed to a team. Kaepernick, despite his numerous efforts off the field in raising awareness on a multitude of levels through his Know Your Rights camp has been out of the NFL in exile over his stance for protesting the killing of unarmed black and brown people by the police during the national anthem.
