NBA Player Lebron James Visits Guangzhou

LeBron James will be a free agent this summer, after declining his $35.6 million player option with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

James is now free to join any team he likes, and pretty much every franchise in the league has tried to put their bid in.

But by him opting out of his deal, it makes it a LOT harder for teams like the Rockets to pick up LeBron. Had Bron opted in and then be traded to the Rockets like Chris Paul was last year, the Rockets would have been on one.

Now, all signs point to Bron potentially landing in Los Angeles to be with the Lakers, BUT it hasn’t stopped folks from trying to still get him.

Four days ago, the Vegas odds had the Los Angeles Lakers as the favorites, with the Cavs, Rockets, 76ers and Celtics rounding out the top five.
