What’s better than one billionaire? Two. Well Jay-Z is well on his way to becoming hip-hop’s first actual billionaire. For the first time, Hov tops the Forbes Five, which measures wealth in hip-hop.

Clocking in with a net worth of $900 million, Hov overtakes the Revolt founder and empresario for the top spot after positioning himself in second last year with $810 million. What put Hov over the time? The success of his 4:44 tour selling out arenas across the country.

Diddy isn’t too far behind Hov. The Bad Boy CEO is second with a net worth of $825 million. Dr. Dre, who still has that $3 billion deal with Apple in his back pocket is third with a net worth of $770 million though he could overtake Hov and regain the top spot after he receives Apple shares this summer valued over $100 million.

Eminem and Drake close out the top 5 as both rappers have a net worth of $100 million apiece.
