On Sunday after the Texans game sent the Jaguars to clinch their division, send to the playoffs, Jadeveon Clowney made a post-game comment about the Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles calling him “trash.”
His comment was taken in stride and now the Jags fans are sending him comments and trash cans for what he said.

“It’s Christmas. It’s the season of giving,” Bonnie Upright a PR professional in Jacksonville who worked on Blake Bortles Foundation said to ESPN. “Let’s have a little fun with it. So I did.
“I was respectful. I didn’t go at [Clowney] personally. Didn’t say anything hateful or mean. I just wish him a merry Christmas from a trash-loving Jaguars fan.”
Other fans have joined in and are shipping trashcans to Clowney with notes like “Hi, Jadeveon, wanted you to have something to sit on while you watch Bortles in the playoffs!”
Bortels responded to Clowney’s comments by saying, “If how we’re playing and how I’m playing, if that’s trash, then I’m fine with being trash.”
