Earlier this week Forbes released their names of the 600 young stars all under the age of 30 that were selected for their 2018 list.
In their seventh year of doing this, these young achievers join the Forbes 4,000 alumni that “spans the glove.” This list is to shine a light on the people that have impressed or inspired people around.
Here is the list that was divided among 20 different industries in 23 titled categories:
Art & Style, Consumer Technology, Food & Drink, Retail & Ecommerce, Enterprise Technology, Hollywood & Entertainment, Education, Youngest, Games, Big Money, Healthcare, Finance, Celebrities, Law & Policy, Manufacturing & Industry, Marketing & Advertising, Media, Music, Energy, Science, Social Entrepreneurs, Sports, Venture Capital
In that list, Houston was lucky to have four of their own included.
We had the Houston Astros World Series Champ second-baseman Jose Altuve, the Missouri City born Hip-hop artist Travis Scott, the owner of Pinkerton’s Barbecue Grant Pinkerton and Vice president of CSL Capital Management Saheb Sabharwal .
To add to Houston’s owns, here are a few of names of the athletes who made the 2018 list that you might recognize-
Saul “Canelo” Alvarez, Seattle Seahawks Kam Chancellor, NFL agent Patrick Collins, NBA New Orleans Pelicans Anthony Davis, Soccer star LA Galaxy Giovani Dos Santos, San Antonio Spurs Kawhi Leonard, USA Team Swimmer Jessica Long, UFC fighter Amanda Nunes, Chicago Cubs First Baseman Anthony Rizzo.
In their 2018 list, they have the youngest category that ranges from 13 years old to 22 years old and it contains a variety of everything like Founders, Co-Founders, Professional Gamers, Actors/Actresses, Musicians and such.
In Forbe’s list of music stars there are Musicians, DJ, Producers, choreographers, agents, co-founders and mangers.
Along with Travis Scott there are 30 people listed and here are a few names- Cardi B, Migos, Playboi Carti, H.E.R., Joe Jonas, Marshmello.
