After the Houston Texans lost a some key players during Sunday Night Football game against the Kansas City Chiefs, the team signed a couple of veteran defensive ends players.

On Monday, the Texans made the official announcement that their 2017 season would no longer include J.J. Watt or Whitney Mercilus due to injuries sustained in SNF.

Today, Ian Rapoport reported that the team announced they have agreed upon terms with the outside linebacker Lamarr Houston and signed defensive end Kendall Langford.
Lamarr Houston is coming off a torn ACL injury he suffered in the 2016 season with the Bears and Langford suffered a knee injury that ended his 2016 season in November. Langford is coming from the Colts and the Saints where he was released last week and never played in a game for the Saints.
Langford had a career-high seven sacks in 2015 with the Colts.
