Sports Illustrated is at it again, they have a new “Plus-Sized” model and it’s 23-year old model Hunter McGrady.

Hunter McGrady’s Measurements:

Name: Hunter McGrady

Hunter has been titled as SI’s “curviest model ever” and she is also one of the Rookies of the Year too.
For Hunter’s photoshoot, she wore the image of a multi-colored bathing suit that was completely made of body paint.
The painting took a small team and 12 hours to complete as you can see in this SI video. She said that her call time was 2 a.m., but she was ok because she napped during the 12 hours of painting.
Check out the posts that Hunter put on her IG page. She says it in there, “I have never felt sexier than I did in this shoot.”

Now to get to know Hunter some… Hunter didn’t originally start her modeling career off as a “plus-sized” model no, she was once a “straight size model” when she was 16.
This was when she was a size 4 while and trying to follow in her grandmother’s, mother’s and auntie’s modeling footsteps.
Hunter tells about her experiences as that thinner model, “wasn’t able to make it work as a smaller-sized model.”
This eventually worked out for her because once she got in to the “plus-sized” modeling her career boomed and soared up and she was working and traveling a lot.
Even though they call her “plus-sized”, Hunter says, “I’d rather jus be called a model.”
Social media has been buzzing since yesterday’s Sport’s Illustrated Swimsuit’s posting.
They posted Hunter’s photoshoot and some of the postings were negative and a lot of men saying “No,” “No thanks pass” and some saying that she needs to quit with the cheeseburgers or McDonald’s.
With the exception for being thicker then other SI models, Hunter is probably more healthier then the people who are body shaming her. Hunter works out daily to keep her body swimsuit fit and photoshoot ready.
She says, “It’s so important to not compare yourself. You don’t need anybody to look up to you besides yourself.”
Hunter also tells us that she’s models for a charity called, 1 Heart 1 Mission.” sThis charity helps supplies food to orphans in Haiti, education, water and clothes.
