BET Networks 2016 Upfront

Birdman is all about getting that paper. So it’s no wonder that, according to TMZ, he’s planning to capitalize on Cash Money’s 20th label anniversary by hitting the road on a multi-city tour. The question is, will Lil’ Wayne join the show?

The rumored Cash Money reunion tour will be headlined by former Hot Boyz group members Juvenile, Young Turk and rapper/producer Mannie Fresh. The roster will also include some newly-signed CMB talent. However, fans will likely want to see the label’s biggest breakout artist, Lil’ Wayne, on the ticket.

Birdman is reportedly putting big money behind the tour. So much money, he’s planning to put Diddy‘s Bad Boy Reunion tour to shame. Rumor has it that the CMB head honcho extended the invitation to Lil’ Wayne to hop on board, but unless he and Weezy can settle that $51 million lawsuit, it’s likely Wayne will give this one a hard pass.

We’re staying tuned for how this tour will pan out…
