Donald Trump’s New D.C. Hotel Sprayed With “Black Lives Matter” Message

D.C. Metro police are actively searching for the man who spray-painted the side of the Trump International Hotel with two political messages on Saturday afternoon. A video circulated over the weekend showed a man spray-painting the messages “Black Lives Matter,” and “No Justice,” with the word “Peace” crossed out underneath. By Sunday, the words were covered by plywood. Pew Research Survey Highlights The Differences Whites & Blacks Project About Police Shootings

A new study released by the Pew Research Center shows the gap in perception amongst Whites and Blacks in regards to law enforcement and how they engage with ethnic and minority communities. The study comes in the wake of a string of police shootings involving Black men. Blacks tend to believe the shootings signal a larger problem, while Whites believe they are isolated incidents. Fourteen percent of Blacks who participated in the survey are confident in their local police department, compared to 44 percent of Whites. Read more.


LeBron James Endorses Hillary Clinton Ahead Of Ohio Stop On The Campaign Trail

NBA superstar LeBron James publicly endorsed Hillary Clinton in a Business Insider op-ed. James opened the article expressing how he and his teammates helped to restore home state pride with their recent NBA championship. James writes about his aspirations to help underprivileged youth and disenfranchised members of his state. He believes there’s only candidate who shares the same goals, saying Clinton “will build on the legacy of my good friend, President Barack Obama.”  He goes on to say the nation needs “a president who understands our community and will build on the legacy of President Obama. Kim Kardashian Returns To U.S. After Armed Robbers Held Her At Gunpoint In Paris

Authorities report Kim Kardashian West arrived safely back to the States after a terrifying weekend in Paris. The reality star and wife of Kanye West was reportedly robbed at gunpoint by two armed men dressed as police officers. The men allegedly broke into her hotel room, where they locked her in the bathroom, gagged her with duct tape and handcuffed her, escaping with $10 million in jewelry. Kardashian flew to Paris earlier in the week to attend shows for Paris Fashion Week. Reports about the robbery surfaced after Kanye abruptly ended a Sunday night concert in New York City, citing a
