Chris Brown is facing legal woes once again, and it is not for charges he is unfamiliar with. The suit is coming from a fairly unlikely source, however. Mike G, Brown’s former manager, and the man who the pop star hired to help rehab his image after his infamous assault on ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, has now claimed Brown did the same to him.
While their partnership seemed positive since 2012, with Brown’s resurgence, they apparently took a dive last month when Mike G claims Brown took him into a room and punched him repeatedly on the face and neck, leaving the manager in the ER. Brown claims Breezy’s erratic behavior is the result of drug use.
The lawsuit claims that Brown did not apologize, and instead bragged about the beating, even going so far as the threaten others on his tour, saying that if they stepped out of line, the singer would do the same to them.
Brown sees it differently, however, posting a expletive laden mini-rant about how G was stealing money, which is the reason the two are no longer working together.
Mike G’s attorney, Patty Glaser, told TMZ, “We did everything we could to resolve this in a non-public way to avoid damage to Chris Brown. Regrettably, as outlined in our complaint, Chris Brown has proven to be his own worst enemy.”
Interestingly, Mike G is not the only manager Brown is picking fights with. He blasted ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran‘s manager, Jacob York.
“Jacob York, ‘Mr. I ain’t fat, I got a condition,’” Chris wrote to the fan. “Walking heart attack. Beacon bit cologne wearing a** n***a. Ranching dressing lotion head a**. BEAR NECESSITIES. Extra recipe. I GOT THE SUGGGAR FACE ASS. DADDY WASN’T THERE FACE A**,” Brown wrote, poking fun at York’s weight. “This n***a fart inthe front (CHIEF QUEEF),” he continued followed by the laughing emojis. “N***a couldn’t wait for me to roast his ass so he could get some bookings. THE SHINIEST PIECE OF S*** I KNOW. You are welcome. GOOD DAY SIR. ENJOY YOUR MEAL. Sidebar: DOPE SONG GAMe.”
Future prospective managers may want to take this recent activity into account when thinking about signing the talented, but troubled singer.
