Yesterday, my daughter Alani participated in Lemonade Day once again! This year we set up shop at Peggy Park and lots of people stopped by to check out all her different flavors. I love Lemonade Day because it gives young people a chance to set up a business plan, budget and learn how to spend and most importantly save!
Typically, you probably think that MOM does all the work but I dont! Alani had to pick her theme, flavors, concept and create the lemonade. Special thanks to Dana Dane for being her silent investor. All I did was call her uncle to make a poster! (and of course show up to help!)
I am very proud of her. She made $240 after paying back her investor and donating $82.00 to help Houston Flood Victims. She wants to buy an iPhone *insert eye roll* but I can’t be mad. SAVES ME MONEY!!! :)
