Man Hold Up – Let’s hope traffic will improve — as a 12.5 mile segment of the Grand Parkway opens today after a short dedication ceremony. So, it should be open this afternoon for business. The new segment of the tollway connects Interstate 45 with U.S. 59. It should alleviate a lot of traffic between the two highways. And, it’s FREE, at least for now, there will be no tolls collected until April 4th.
