Today marks the 14th year anniversary of the horrific day that everyone witnessed on that morning in New York City. We all know that it was September 11th when NYC was one of three locations hit with terrorist attacks.
We know that all the families are remembering and mourning their losses today, but one guy stands out… that would Saturday Night Live’s comedian Pete Davidson.

Pete Davidson is one of the comedians who roasted Justin Beiber…. aside from that, today, he’s a person mourning the loss of his loved one.
At the age of 21- years old, Pete was barley 7 years old when he tragically lost his father that day.
His dad was lost along side of the 2,977 victims that day.
His father, Scott Davidson, was one of New York Fire Fighters first responders who went to the Marriott World Trade Center Hotel that day.
It’s unfortunate that the hotel was destroyed when the Twin Towers collapsed.
Today marks the anniversary so Pete hit up social media to show his love and tributes for his dad. At first, being a comedian, Pete first threw a crude joke out there on his Twitter account, but he followed up with a few heartfelt postings after that.
The first tweet said, “Can’t believe its been 14 years. I remember seeing ur gigantic d**k like it was just yesterday. RIP Dad
After that ice breaker tweet, Pete showed his heart when he tweeted, “All jokes aside. There’s not a day that goes by where I dont think of u. Ur my hero. Cant wait to see u again someday”
Pete went to his IG and posted more pics of him and his dad with this message saying,

davidsonpeteCan’t believe it’s been 14 years. Over 2/3 of my life without you. It feels like it was just yesterday. There’s not a day that goes by where I don’t think of you. You’re my hero. Can’t wait to see you again someday RIP dad 1/4/68-9/11/01 #neverforget

Check out his tweets and IG postings so you can see the pics that he posted. He shows us when he was wearing his dad’s fireman’s jacket, his helmet, and pics of his dad just being a dad to him.
