Jared Fogle is best known for the 235 pounds weight loss he did in his 20’s from eating Subway’s sandwiches everyday. Today, Jared is in the news for something a lot different and more scandalous than losing weight.
A few months ago, the executive direct of the ‘Jared Foundation’, Russell Taylor, was arrested in Indianapolis on federal child porn charges.
According to CBS affiliate WTTV, during the time Taylor’s home was raided, the investigators recovered more than 500 videos containing images of child pornography. Taylor was than arrested and later failed at his apparent suicide while in jail.
As of today, even though Jared had cut ties with Taylor, he’s still part of the child pornography investigation and this is why his house was raided today at 6:30 a.m. by the FBI agents.
It’s still unknown what the investigators recovered from Jared’s house; and the investigators would not say if the items that they found in Jared’s house had anything to do with the kiddie porn investigation that was originally started with Taylor.
