Floyd Mayweather’s ex-girlfried, Melissa Brim’s 19 year old son claimed that Mayweather Jr. put him in a “rear naked choke” at Mayweathers Vegas Mansion one Halloween.
Devion Cromwell, is a son from another man, but Brim has Mayweather’s 14 year old daughter.
Cromwell originally told police that Mayweather put him in a chokehold one night during an argument.
It’s been a year since the incident happened and now the Clark County DA is saying that Cromwell is no longer cooperating with the case.
With not cooperating, the case has been considered closed, but if Cromwell wants to pick the charges up, that statue of limitations is ticking away.
Of course TMZ said that Cromwel and Mayweather were not available for comment.
