The new mixtape is a follow up on his 2011 Sorry 4 the Wait . My guess is with all the problems he’s had in releasing The Carter V he said to hell with it and decided to hook the fans up with some new music. He added some star power with features from Nicki Minaj, Drake and 2 Chainz.
