This morning on the Madd Hatta Morning Show we were talking about the murder/suicide of “Hit The Floor” star Stephanie Moseley and her husband Earl Hayes.

I have suffered through the loss of a loved one from suicide. On February 14, 1999 my best friend Jody took his life while his wife was on the phone with him. I was sharing my story of how devastating his death was when J-Que opened up about his own brush with suicide.

I hope his story reaches the ears of someone who is need of help. I truly believe God moved though him today to save the life of a troubled soul.

If you are having these feelings know that your life DOES matter and you WILL be MISSED. Reach out with what ever you have left to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

I also urge you to learn the signs of suicide.
