Hours after TMZ Sports released a video of Baltimore Raven RB Ray Rice punching his then fiancé Janay Palmer in the face the team has terminated his contract.
Rice was currently serving a two game suspension handed down by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. A suspension that many (including myself) thought was too light for a case of domestic violence.
A round of applause for to the Ravens for doing the right thing and cutting ties with this low-life. Hitting a woman is not acceptable. Especially since she posed no threat of physical harm to him. As a man you need to learn to control your actions. Ray Rice will have plenty of time to learn that type of discipline since he is no longer employed by the NFL.
