(HOUSTON) — Jordan Bleimeyer is adjusting, and so his biological mother’s boyfriend can have daytime supervised visitation as long as Jordan’s mom is there.

That’s the outcome of the latest court hearing in the case of the little boy investigators say was starved and forced to live in a closet.

The drug testing expert did testify that there were some unusual things in both Hall’s and Aune’s drug tests, but not enough to conclude that either of them is doing drugs.

The boy’s biological father declined to be at the hearing. He’s accused of abusing the boy.
