(HOUSTON) — A 42-year-old Houston man who lives with his parents finds himself in jail after his mom took his laptop in for repairs.
Jason Horne is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography after a technician saw a picture of a nude boy between the ages of 5 and 8 years on the computer.

That technician called police, who said they discovered more than 5,000 photos of nude children saved to the hard drive.
Court documents state that Horne told investigators he looked for teen gay porn. He reportedly said he liked the pictures of children taken in nudist places because that is not considered child pornography.
