(KATY, TX) — It’s a creepy video that has gone viral. A man hovering over a baby’s crib as he was burglarizing a Katy home. Now, the man believed to be that burglar is in custody.
“We’re not in the business of purposely scaring people, but we wanted to show people if this was something that bothered them looking at it, we wanted it to bother them enough to let us know it,” Harris County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Alan Bernstein said.
