(HUMBLE, TX) — It was last November when a 12 year old boy was walking home from his school bus stop on Canyon Shore drive in Humble when a man in a truck pulled up and told him to get inside. The boy refused and continued walking. But it didn’t end there.
The suspect got out of his vehicle and went after the little boy. The 12-year-old took off his back pack and started swinging it at the suspect. The man gave up and fled the scene.
Harris County Sheriff’s Office Dep. Thomas Gilliland says the boy did the right thing.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, between 20 and 30 years of age with black hair, brown eyes and a skinny build. He also has a distinct tattoo on his forearm of a knife through a skull with a rose on top of the skull.
The suspect is still at large.
