The manager of a Missouri City Sprint store is being accused of copying a topless photo during a phone trade.
After switching phones, Frank Jarosek and his girlfriend Jamie told KHOU 11 they noticed the photo in a trash folder after it was sent to an email address.
The couple says the manager told them he had deleted it, but they weren’t convinced and are now considering legal action.
