An Amber Alert has been issued for a 16-year-old North Texas girl.
The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office issued the alert for Inez Ramirez Tuesday morning.
She is described as white, 5-feet, 2-inches, 130 pounds with brown, shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. A photo for Pamirez was not released by police.
The girl is believed to have been abducted by 23-year-old Edger Barton, a black man, 5-feet 9-inches tall and 145 pounds. The two may be riding in a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck.
Anyone with information, is asked to call police.
