Beyoncé has big plans for her next album. Columbia Records chairman Rob Stringer tells “Hits Daily Double,” “at some point Beyoncé will put a record” in 2014 and when she does, it will be “monumental.” His answer is leading some to believe that fans should expect something new from the star in the coming year.
