Jay Z and Rocawear are being sued for copyright infringement after one company learned they were using the phrase “Hood Love” on one of their t-shirts.

That phrase, Hoodlove, LLC says, is their trademark, and that Jay Z’s company “came along and started making a buck … confusing the public, and trading off their good name,” TMZ reports.

According to TMZ:

It’s not clear how much cash Rocawear’s made off the shirts, but Hoodlove is suing for the profits … and also wants the apparel yanked from stores.

Guess we’ll see how this plays out in court…
