A transgendered teen couple, just 17 and 19, have done a complete gender role reversal and swapped sexes to match their outsides to what they said is inherent inside. Arin Andrews and Katie Hill, who met in a transgender support group in Tulsa, Okla., and bonded over their experiences, have undergone gender reassignment surgery…and are now turning a lot of heads.

Arin, born Emerald, had his breasts removed last month, UK newspaper “The Sun” reports, while Katie, born Luke, underwent her surgery a year ago. Surprisingly, you might not even know they are transgender unless you’re told about their incredible transformations:
