Chris Brown is facing a perfect storm of legal trouble after he was charged with a criminal hit and run one day after he was accused of assaulting a woman in an Orange County nightclub in a separate alleged incident.

The charge stems from an accident he was involved with last month. The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed two criminal charges against Brown after he rear-ended a Mercedes, TMZ reports, and allegedly refused to furnish his driver’s license while giving fake insurance information before leaving the scene.

But, Breezy says it’s just not true, and the complainant in the case is looking for an easy payday after she saw cameras capturing the entire thing! On Twitter, he writes:
