A judge smacked Chad Johnson with 30 days in jail after he was doing some slapping of his own in the courtroom at his probation violation hearing. The former Miami Dolphins wide receiver has seen better days.
According to TMZ, the Broward County judge ordered the jail time after Johnson (formerly Ochocinco) slapped his male lawyer’s butt during the hearing!

With the slap heard ’round Florida, Johnson not only gets some time in the clink, but he will also lose a deal that would have kept him out of jail for violating his probation. His probation was also extended and he must complete 25 more hours of community service, plus extra therapy sessions.
Johnson was on probation for his role in a domestic violence case involving his then-wife, TV reality star Evelyn Lozada, according to Fox News.
