Mendeecees popped the question to his girlfriend Yandy Smith, on last night’s episode of “Love & Hip Hop,” and left viewers with tears cradling their cheeks as he set up a beautiful and romantic proposal.
His elaborate scheme, which consisted of surprising Yandy in a candlelit room adorned with rose pedals, was a breath of fresh air from the previous proposals we’ve seen on reality TV (coughs: Jim Jones).
Despite the fact that Mendeecees is currently awaiting trial for a drug trafficking case stemming from a 2005, his love for Yandy is evident in how far he went to make her special moment the ultimate memory.
