Remember when the tracklist for Beyoncé’s latest album Mrs. Carter leaked earlier this week? Allegedly someone from her production team “accidentally tweeted” the info. Interesting. This hasn’t been the first time Bey’s music has leaked to the public. Back in 2011, her album 4 got out 16 days prior to its release date.

Many had doubts that this supposed tracklist was the real deal, but we’ve now heard that at least two of the songs are legit. Singer Ne-Yo sat down with UK’s Digital Spy to talk about two songs that he worked on for the album, including one called “More Than Sex”. “I saw that Beyoncé’s tracklisting just leaked and I’ve got a couple of joints on there, which is good news. I’m very happy about that”, he said. He could not confirm nor deny the authenticity of the rest of the list saying, “I can’t say much else as I’ve been sworn to secrecy! I’m actually happy that no songs have leaked from it yet. Hopefully this is a sign for the future – that music can come out when it’s actually supposed to come out.” If the tracklist is real, Beyoncé’s first single, a song called “Ratchet” with Lady Gaga and Azealia Banks, is due to drop next week on March 12. Her album, Mrs. Carter, is slated for April 11. We’ll be waiting and watching!
