A South Carolina Sports Bar has filed a lawsuit against rapper DMX. According to TMZ the Google resistant rapper was a no show for an appearance despite being paid in advance.

Owls Nest Sports Lounge filed the suit in South Carolina court, claiming it hired DMX to do a meet and greet on August 25, 2012 for the bargain price of $3,000 … but X left the club high and dry.

Owls Nest wants X to return the green and pay various expenses to boot … including $45 for several bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.

Not to be mean, but if they were only spending $50 on a bartender for an appearance by DMX, they really didn’t know what they were getting into and it’s probably better that he didn’t show up. It’d have been chaos!

Will DMX ever act right? Well, it looks like he will be on an episode of OWN’s “Fix My Life” with Iyanla Vazant, and it looks like it gets explosive when she tries to help him out! Peep a preview on the next page!
