(Austin, TX) — A Texas man recently found himself behind bars after taking a test drive a little too far this weekend. According to Statesman.com, Austin police say Carlos Sergio Valdes sampled a 2013 Chevy Tahoe on Saturday and drove off the lot without the dealership’s permission. Two hours later, he allegedly called police to report the truck missing. But the cops eventually found the Tahoe two miles away with a woman who said Valdes gave her the truck — which is reportedly worth a little more than 40-thousand dollars — in exchange for two crack rocks. Valdes was charged with theft and held on 80-thousand-dollar bail.
