Saturday is Cinco De Mayo, which will have plenty of people heading out for some South of the border fare. But restaurants would be wise to be ready with a variety of dishes. According to a new FoodNetwork.com poll, there is no clear-cut favorite Mexican dish. Just under a quarter of the respondents are most fond of tacos. But enchiladas and fajitas are getting the nod from 21-percent each. Nachos aren’t far behind, with 18-percent saying they really enjoy the the mixture of chips, cheese, and salsa. Sixteen-percent prefer chiles rellenos.
