HUMBLE, Texas – Police are searching for a suspect who wore a referee’s shirt and brought a fake bomb to a bank in Humble as part of a robbery.
The suspect entered the Citi bank branch in the 9400 block of FM 1960 Bypass around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. He walked into the building carrying a partially-wrapped Christmas gift and showed the two tellers on duty that the top of the ‘gift’ was exposed and contained a propane tank with red wires, according to a statement released by the Humble Police Department.
