The New England Patriots are getting the nod as the team most likely to win this season’s Super Bowl.  Just under 20-percent say in a new Rasmussen Reports poll they believe Tom Brady will be successful in leading his team to the big game.  Twelve-percent are backing Green Bay, and think the Packers will earn their second consecutive championship.  Ten-percent have faith in the Pittsburgh Steelers, who lost to Green Bay in Super Bowl 45 earlier this year.  The Philadelphia Eagles have the backing of seven-percent, while six-percent think this is the New Orleans Saints’ year to win.  Fewer than five-percent foresee either the Indianapolis Colts, the New York Jets, or the Atlanta Falcons winning Super Bowl 46.

But football fans are closely divided over who they want to take it all.  Ten-percent are rooting for the Steelers, while the Saints, the Packers, and the Patriots each have eight-percent of the vote.  Six-percent are pulling for the Eagles to log their first Super Bowl victory in 2012.
