Nick Cannon Wants To Break Record For Hugging
Mariah Carey’s hubby is preparing to show his softer side this week, now that he’s aiming to break the record for most hugs received in an hour.
This Friday Nick Cannon, host of the Rollin with Nick Cannon Morning Show on 92.3 NOW, is teaming up with the New York Mets to break the world record of the most hugs in one hour and aiming for 1,800 hugs.
Speaking on his goal, Cannon released a statement saying,
“I would like to invite everyone to come help me break the Guinness World Record and let’s “Hug it Out.”
As an incentive, the first 100 fans to hug Nick Cannon will receive Mets tickets for Friday night’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers at 7:10 p.m.
All 2000 huggers will receive a commemorative Hug It Out t-shirt.
The love fest will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. on Mets Plaza next to the Mets Home Run Apple at Citi Field in Flushing, NY.
Paper Jamz from WowWee will donate one toy for every hug to benefit the children at the Mets Care Room at the New York Hospital of Queen.
