Woman fights for “Truck Nuts!”

(Bonneau, SC)  —  A 65-year-old woman in South Carolina is due in court to fight a ticket she got for placing red plastic testicles on the back of her pickup truck.  Virginia Tice is accused of violating the state’s obscene bumper sticker law after being cited a few weeks ago in the tiny town of Bonneau.  The ticket is for nearly 500-dollars and Tice decided to fight it with claims about free speech.  The gag testicles are known as “Truck Nuts” and caught the attention of a law firm, with legal services being provided for her at no charge.  One attorney calls the case a joke and says a jury will decide if the 65-year-old woman is guilty of any criminal conduct.
