(Chicago, IL) — A Chicago woman is suing after after a toilet broke and she fell at a McDonald’s. Cherry Hardie says she hurt her left arm and shoulder last weekend while bracing herself from the toilet fall. She filed a negligence suit the day before yesterday in Cook County Court against the restaurant’s owner and says the restaurant failed to manage and inspect the restrooms. She wants damages of over 30-thousand dollars.
