(Houston, TX) — A hacker is facing a fine for allegedly changing an electronic construction sign in the Houston area. KTRK-TV reports Denver Hopkins turned himself in and admitted that he altered the large letters on an electronic construction “Detour” sign at Louisiana and Prairie to read “Poop” and then “LOL.” Hopkins could be fined 500-dollars.
