Giant George really is the top dog in town, actually in the world. The four-year-old Great Dane from southern Arizona received two honors on Monday from Guiness World Records. Giant George was named world’s Tallest Living Dog and Tallest Dog Ever. George measures an impressive 43 inches from paw to shoulder and weighs 245 pounds.
