The relationship between a Milwaukee mother and her son took a painful twist last week. According to the “Milwaukee Journal Sentinel,” a woman is accused of shooting her son in the groin Thursday night. The 21-year-old reportedly thought it would be funny to try and scare his mother as she returned home from grocery shopping. Sporting a ski mask, he allegedly acted like he was going to rob his mother. Unfortunately, mom wasn’t in the mood for a joke and fired several shots with her 357-caliber revolver. The son was taken to the hospital with serious, but not life threatening injuries. The mother was taken to the Milwaukee County Jail. The Milwaukee County district attorney’s office will review the case, as authorities believe the son may have actually been trying to rob his mother.
