(London)  —  A car once driven by Sean Connery in “Goldfinger” and “Thunderball” is expected to be auctioned today for millions.  James Bond’s silver 1964 Aston Martin DB5 features a bullet-proof shield, revolving license plates, an oil slick sprayer and machine guns, and is one of more than 100 vehicles for sale at the annual “Automobiles of London” event.  Estimates on what will be paid for 007’s car range between five and 12-million dollars.

“Goldfinger” was released in 1964, with “Thunderball” hitting the big screen in 1965.  They were the third and fourth James Bond films.
