Every year people look at January 1st as a day to start fresh. It serves as a benchmark for change and a new beginning. This is the year people are determined to 1). lose weight, 2). quit smoking, 3). spend more time with family and loved ones, 4). get out of debt, 5). leave that bad relationship, 6). get organized, 7). volunteer to help others, 8). stop drinking, 9). finish school, or 10). find a better job or advance in your current one.

Well whatever resolution is for 2010 my advice is to stick with it. My momma always told me “you may lie to others but, you shouldn’t lie to yourself”. Here’s hoping you stay true to your self-improvement and become the “new” you that you aspire to be. Have a great 2010 and try to make changes along the way you don’t have to wait until January to implement them.
