Houston/KBXX-FM
- To enter, listen to KBXX-FM for details between July 19, 2010 and July 30, 2010.
- Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the Houston listening area,18 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc.(“Sponsor”), CRN International, Inc., participating radio stations, and all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, and parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related. Void outside the Houston listening area and where taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, each entrant agrees (i) to release and hold the Released Parties (as defined below) harmless against any and all claims and liability arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize, and (ii) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters.
- Be the designated caller when prompted by KBXX-FM each day during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received (for the purposes of these rules, a call-in attempt will be deemed an “entry”). Decisions of KBXX-FM are final and binding with respect to all aspects of the call-in portion of the sweepstakes.
- Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
Daily Prize (10) (one (1) per day): $100 Kroger or Safeway Gift Card. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions specified by issuer.
Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. KBXX-FM is responsible for awarding the prize to the winners and winners may be required to pick-up prize from radio station within a specified period of time or prize will be forfeited. Limit one (1) prize per household. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use by Sponsor, KBXX-FM and their respective designees of his/her name, city and state of residence, voice, photo and/or likeness, without additional compensation, notification or permission, for any and all publicity, advertising and other purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, including on the air, worldwide in perpetuity, unless prohibited by law.
- Sponsor, participating radio stations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, dropped, delayed, incomplete, returned or undeliverable entries, telephone calls, email, mail or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, telephonic, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this sweepstakes, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes for any reason and at any time, including, but not limited to, should any portion of this sweepstakes be, in the sponsors sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes or submission of entries.
