Jeezy Flyaway to Vegas
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.

KBXX-FM, which is owned and/or operated by Urban One, Inc. or a subsidiary thereof (individually and collectively, the “Station” or “Stations”)

Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins on August 6, 2026, and ends on August 16, 2026.
Eligibility Restrictions:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who reside within one of the following the metropolitan areas (the “Eligible Metro Areas”): Houston, Texas Stations: KBXX-FM, KMJQ-FM Websites: www.theBoxHouston.com, http://www.myhoustonmajic.com
Entry Methods and Number of Entries:
Each Participant may enter this Promotion throughout the Entry Period only once at one of the Station websites corresponding to the Eligible Metro Area where the Participant resides, as listed above. If a Participant submits an Entry at more than one (1) website, all Entries from that Participant will be void and that Participant may be disqualified from this Promotion.
Entry Period:
Each Entry must be received by the applicable Station website by 11:59 PM on Sunday, August 16, 2026. Any Entry received after this deadline will be considered void.
Number of Winners and Winner Selection:
There will be only one (1) winner (the “Winner”) for this Promotion. The Winner will be selected randomly from all Entries received across all Eligible Metro Areas on August 16, 2026. The Winner will be notified by email at the email address included with the Participant’s Entry.
Prize (ARV):
The Prize consists of the “Jeezy Flyaway Prize Package” (the “Prize”), consisting of the following elements with an approximate total retail value of (“ARV”) of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00): One (1) Pair of tickets to the Jeezy “Legend of Snowman” Las Vegas Residency on Friday, August 21, 2026 (the “Concert”), at PH Live 3667 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (the “Venue”) (ARV: $1,000.00).Three Thousand Dollars (ARV: $3,000.00). The final ARV for the Prize may be higher or lower, depending on the Eligible Metro Area of the Winner, the night of the Concert selected by Winner, and the variable cost associated with Flights and the Hotel.

By submitting an Entry, Participants agree and understand that traveling in airplanes and staying in hotels involves certain conditions and requirements imposed by government entities, the airline companies for the Flights, the hotel companies for the Hotel, and the Venue for the Concert, including, but not limited to, the following (collectively, the “Conditions & Requirements”): identification and documentation requirements, credit card deposits, limitations on Hotel room types and availability, Flight restrictions (such as blackout dates, use-by dates, transferability, seat availability, and/or costs to change or cancel tickets, even if such changes or cancellation arise through no fault of the Winner), and/or baggage restrictions (such as content and size rules or limitation on size, weight, and number).
Compliance with any Conditions & Requirements for the Winner and the Guest are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Guest. If they are unwilling or unable to comply with such Conditions & Requirements, the Prize may be forfeited, and no further prizes or substitute prizes will be awarded the Winner and Guest.
The Prize is for only for the items specifically listed above referred to as “The Prize,” and nothing else. Any other expenses, including but not limited to taxes, meals, transportation, incidentals, fees, and other costs related to the enjoyment and/or use of the Prize are not included in the Prize.
