This concert is the culmination of the Houston Department of Health and Human Services’ efforts at testing 15,000 Houstonians for HIV. The HDHHS partnered with Radio One station 97.9 The Box (KBXX) and local CBO’s and ASO’s to provide the largest testing event in US History. More than 15,000 persons between the ages of 15 – 45 were tested for HIV and Syphillis. As a result, Hip Hop artists from around the world attended and rocked the George R Brown Convention Center. From Bun B to Twista; from Genuwine to Letoya Luckett; from Pleasure P to Plies; from Congresswoman Sheila Jackson-Lee to Young Problemz; watch as audience members give their accounts on being tested, watching their favorite artists and the entire experience. A must see for all fans of Hip Hop. (courtesy of Bee Busy Inc.)
