On Sunday against the Houston Texans, Blake Bortles, the quarterback for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ had a large number of sacks during the Jags’ final season game.
During Sunday’s game, Bortles was sacked a “season-high” eight times with a completed of 17 of 32 passes for 239 yards with no touchdowns. Bottles also had two interceptions and lost a fumble during the game too.

It was on one of his eight sacks when Bortles broke his left thumb, on the none throwing hand. Borltes continued to play and finished the game injured and now he’s going to spend his offseason with a cast on.
During the game, J.J. Watt and Whitney Mercilus had a combined of 6 1/2 sacks for the game and the sacks set a franchise record with eight.
