Who is they? Billboard magazine and they got social media on Hot Fire right now. Why?
Well, the publication released a list of the Top 10 rappers of ALL time and the list didn’t include Tupac, LL Cool J, Big Daddy Kane or KRS-1. It did include Lil Wayne and Kendrick Lamar.
Snoop Dogg took to Instagram to express his frustration on Tupac not being included on the list.
