(Camden Co., NJ) — A South New Jersey man is suing Walmart after someone announced in a loud-speaker throughout the store, “Attention Walmart customers, all black people must leave the store.” Donnell Battie was in the Winslow Township place about two years ago when a teenager made the announcement as a prank. Battie says he was one of only a few African Americans in the store and thought the message was targeted at him. He is suing for a million-dollars.
